Shoes of Susak

During my rambles I noticed an awful lot of rubbish at the coastline, far too much to be collected by myself. I started to pick up shoes. Finally I carried all shoes to Susak beach by the sack. While assembling them to a square I was asking myself: where do all these shoes come from? Who might have lost them?
