Klara Dujmović

1991 born in Rijeka where I got bachelor’s degrees in Public Administration and Applied Arts, and master’s degree at Applied Arts majoring sculpture. So far, I have exhibited at two solo exhibitions and participated in about twenty group exhibitions and projects in Croatia and abroad. As part of the Erasmus+ program, I spent one semester at the Czech University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně, Ústí nad Labem, at the “Natural Materials” department, and also one semester at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design (UMPRUM) in Prague, at the “Intermedial Confrontation” department.

I am the author of several short experimental-documentary films and a member of the Croatian Association of Film Workers in the direction branch. Live and work in Rijeka

What drives me in my expression is the search for a way to materialize the intangible, invisible to the eye, emphasizing the individual experience and process. In doing so, I use different media and approach depending on the idea I am trying to convey.
